Mike began his yoga studies in 2001 as an Iyengar student, a practice focused on precision and alignment, to help manage the stress of a demanding career in corporate real estate. He expanded his practice to include the energy and strength building practices of Ashtanga and Vinyasa. He completed his teacher training with Manju Jois recognized worldwide as the foremost authority on Ashtanga yoga and Shiva Rea, one of the best known instructors of Vinyasa flow yoga.

Mike brings an effective yoga and fitness approach that uniquely connects multiple fitness modalities into overall health and wellness.

Mike has taught yoga at premier fitness centers in DFW for more than 20 years including Dallas Yoga Center, Cooper Aerobics Health & Wellness and Equinox. 

Mike likes to encourage clients to explore multiple modalities of yoga and fitness practices to achieve superior overall fitness results.
